How to Make a Pencil Puppet
Take one pencil, you can put it any way (sideways/eraser on top/led on top). Then you take a big piece of tape and just wrap it around the top of the pencil. Next, when your finished taping, take a dark colored marker and draw a happy face on the tape. Now, take a napkin and wrap it around the pencil's "body." Take a small piece of tape and tape it to the top of the napkin; then take the bottom of the napkin and poke it through. This will create a puffed dress look.
